Thank you for your interest in the West Coast Country Music Association’s Hot August Country Vocalist Competition. We are currently accepting applications for our 2017competition which will be held on August 25-26, 2017.
APPLICATION AND INSTRUCTIONS:
Please be sure to submit your payment after submitting your application. Applications WILL NOT be processed without payment. You will receive an email confirmation of your entry and a competition time slot will be assigned to each performer.
Please review the 2017 Rules & Regulations, print, sign, and bring a signed copy with you to the competition.
Payments are based on the number of Categories entered per form.
Each individual entry is $35.00. (Members in good standing that have paid for 2016 Membership will receive one (1) free entry.)
Space is limited – ALL APPLICATIONS will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
All applications must be received by August 22nd both via on-line submission and via US mail. If mailing application with check please send by August 16th, to:

You must submit a current e-mail address with your application. All correspondence will be via e-mail.
Competition is to be held at The Promenade Temecula, 40820 Winchester Rd., Ste 2000, Temecula CA, on August 25-26, 2017.
Competitors need to arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled performance time.
Accompaniment tracks may be on CDs or iPads or iPods (on airplane mode). Please double check that your CDs are playing and working correctly.
